Gamma Chapter of Purdue University
Philanthropy
As Lady Xi's we strive to work towards the empowerment of women and girls through our various philanthropies.
National Philanthropy:
Girl Scouts of America
Girl Scouts was founded in 1912 by trailblazer Juliette Gordon Low and is the largest girl-serving organization in the United States. Girl Scouts is the largest member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, a sisterhood of close to 10 million girls, and adults in 144 countries.
Chapter Philanthropy: Susan G. Komen
Gamma Chapter has made many efforts to help promote cancer awareness and has participated in bake sales for raising funds and have also participated in the Susan G. Komen Walk in Indianapolis, Indiana.
We encourage others to find a way to support the cause and promote awareness within their own communities.
